TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once your invoice has been paid (50% deposit or in full) the customer agrees to the following:

  1. Any changes to the original order made within 1 week of your pick up date are not guaranteed, and may be subject to additional charges which will be determined at the time of change request.

  2. Cookies & Crumbles Bake Shop is not responsible for any damage to the order once the order is in your possession.

  3. The cookies and cakes may contain, or come into contact with known allergens such as dairy, wheat, nuts as my kitchen is not an allergen-free zone. Allergens will be listed on the labels for your order. Customer assumes all responsibility. This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

  4. Cookies & Crumbles Bake Shop reserves the right to capture and use photograph(s) or video taken of your cookies for display and promotional purposes without any compensation to you.

  5. Reservation for your order is not guaranteed until a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is received within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, availability for your date is no longer guaranteed. For order placed less than 2 weeks from pick up date, full payment is required to book. Balance is due before pick up or delivery.

  6. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to your pick up/delivery date and a refund will be issued (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations made within 14 days of ready date are not eligible for a refund. Deposit/payment can be applied as a credit toward a new order or reschedule.

  7. I CANNOT SHIP. ORDERS ARE FOR LOCAL DELIVERY OR PICK UP ONLY IN ROUND ROCK, TX AREA.

 PICK UP POLICY

  1. There will be a 30 minute window for your pick up. For example, if you are scheduled to pick up at 12:00pm, your order will available on my front porch table from 12:00 – 12:30pm. If you running late or cannot make it during your scheduled time, please contact me immediately so that we can reschedule your pick up.

  2. If there is no communication, the pick up will be rescheduled to my next availability and a $25 late fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before your order will be released to you. NO CALL NO SHOW = LATE FEE
